Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondent authorities to open the sealed cover and give effect to the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee dated 1.10.2010.

On 30.5.2014 time was given to the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instruction or to file couter affidavit but nothing has been done so far.

As requested, ten days further time is allowed to the learned Standing Counsel for the purpose.

Sri Pradhan, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel is directed to positively get the needfule done so that, if it is possible, matter may be dispose of on the next date.
