Heard Sri Amit Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for State.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that an application under Section 311Cr.P.C. was rejected by the trial court against which  the applicant preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 28748 of 2014 (Balram Vs. State of U.P. and Another), which is stated to be pending before this Court. A photo copy of the order dated 31.07.2014 passed by another Bench of this Court in Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has been annexed at page 41 of the affidavit.

Learned AGA informed that the trial is already concluded and fixed for judgement by the trial court and it is pending only on account of pendency of said application U/S 482 Cr.P.C.  

Connect the present bail application with the Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 28748 of 2014 (Balram Vs. State of U.P. and Another) and place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for nomination of Bench, if possible in the next cause list, so that the same may be heard and disposed of together .
