The respondent no. 3 shall file a counter affidavit keeping in mind the earlier order dated 27.3.2012, failing which he shall appear before this court on the next date along with relevant records to facilitate the disposal of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of this order upon respondent no. 3, as counsel for the university is not present.
