The writ petition has been filed against the order of Additional Commissioner dated 23.1.2014 by which the order of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 31.3.1997 was set aside and the matter was remanded to the Sub Divisional Officer for deciding the case on merit after hearing the parties.

On behalf of the petitioners a mention has been made for listing the writ petition. List the writ petition in ordinary course. However, it is made clear that this Court has not granted any interim order in the writ petition and the Sub Divisional Officer shall proceed in the matter.
