This petition has been filed by the petitioner Sita Saran with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR of case crime No. 219 of 2014 under sections 307 IPC, P.S. Safdarganj District Barabanki.

From the perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegation made therein the prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no scope of interfering in the impugned FIR. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.

However, considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is practicing lawyer, it is directed that in case petitioner appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
