Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

In view of specific averments made in paragraph nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 of the application prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of chargesheet No. 136 of 2013 dated 15.12.2013 in Case Crime No. 385 of 2013, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Dohrighat, District Mau shall remain stayed as against the applicant.
