This petition has been filed by the petitioner Manoj Kumar Singh with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to ensure the arrest of the respondents No. 3 to 6  because they have not made the compliance of order dated  18.7.2014 passed by this court in Misc. Bench No. 6281 of 2014 .

From the perusal of the record it reveals that this court has passed the order on 18.7.2014 on the writ petition filed by the Rinku Singh @ Aabhay Singh and three others. In case he is having any grievance with regard to the non compliance of the order, the same shall be raised before C.J.M. Hardoi who shall look into the matter in accordance with law.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
