Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and also in view of the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out. 

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Criminal Case No.28952 of 2012 (State Vs. Trilochan Singh and others), in Case Crime No. 48 of 2012, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Najirabad, District Kanpur Nagar pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, shall remain stayed as against the applicants.
