Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and also in view of the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out.

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 463 of 2013, Case Crime No. 198 of 2013, under Sections 420, 406, 411, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Achnera, District Agra pending in the court of 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra shall remain stayed as against the applicant.
