This petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the FIR of case crime No. 70 of 2000 under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC, P.S. Intiya Thok, District Gonda.

From the perusal of the record it appears that it is too old petition, in which the investigation of the above mentioned case would have been completed.

In such circumstances, this petition has become infractuous.

Interim order dated 18.7.2000 is hereby vacated.

Accordingly it is disposed of.
