Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 returnable at an early date.

Four weeks time is granted to opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and also in view of the averments made in the affidavit accompanying the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prima facie, a case for grant of an interim relief is made out.

Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 1258 of 2014, Case Crime No. 210 of 2013, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Surajpur, District Gautambuddha Nagar pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautambuddha Nagar== shall remain stayed as against the applicants.
