Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner Nabi Ahmad @ Navi Ahmad with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation and arrest of the accused persons of case crime No.149 of 2014, under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Naka, District Lucknow.

Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case the husband of the deceased has been arrested, it is directed that in case petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
