1. Pursuant to the order dated 21st January, 2013, a supplementary affidavit dated 31st January, 2013 was filed. Today when the matter was taken up, Sri Nimai Dass, learned Standing Counsel prays that a week's time may be granted to file supplementary counter affidavit to the said supplementary affidavit.

2. As prayed a week's time is granted to the respondents to file supplementary counter affidavit to the supplementary affidavit dated 31st January, 2013.
