Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

The instant writ petition was filed in registry on 8.9.2003 and when the case was taken up before the Court on 10.9.2003, this Court was pleased to pass the following orders:-

"As prayed for by the learned cousnel for the petitioenrs, the name of respondents 1 and 2 be deleted.

Let a copy of this writ application be served upon respondents no. 3 to 5 by registered post.  An affidavit of service be filed by the next date of listing or by the month's end.

In the meantime respondents no. 4 and 5 will not levy revised selective loading charges in respect of supply of crushed coal in so-far-as the petitioners are concerned for a period of two months.  However, this interim order will continue if the petitioners will go on paying normal charges."

In terms of the interim order, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
