Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Sri Suresh Singh, learned Standing Counsel has informed the Court about the written instruction dated 12th August 2014 received from the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur.

Sri Singh submits that a committee has been constituted for the purpose of holding an inquiry as directed by the High Court and consequently further one week's time may be granted for submitting the report as desired by this Court vide order dated 18th July, 2104.
