Both the parties appeared in person along with their counsel Sri Ramendra Asthana on behalf of the appellant and Sri Manish Singh, Advocate on behalf of the respondent. The Court has interacted with both the parties. It appears that there is no chance of reconciliation, therefore, now the petition is to be decided on merit.

Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for the appellant stated that he has filed one supplementary rejoinder affidavit, which is on record, but the reply of the same has not been given by the learned counsel for the respondent. Let the respondent file reply to the supplementary rejoinder affidavit within three weeks. Copy of the supplementary rejoinder affidavit may be provided to Sri Manish Singh.

List on 15.9.2014. It is informed that only Sri Manish Singh is appearing on behalf of the respondent. Office is directed to delete the name of all the other counsel and may only show the name of Sri Manish Singh along with Sri M.D. Singh Shekhar as counsel for the respondent.
