Heard Shri Dharmendra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is directed against the award dated 1.3.2012 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat. The submission is that respondents no.3 and 4 filed claim petition before the Permanent Lok Adalat claiming compensation on account of death of Hanuman Prasad, alleged to have been caused due to electrocution. The submission is that no notice whatsoever has been issued by the permanent Lok Adalat and it has proceeded ex-parte without making any effort for reconciliation and claim petition has been decided on merits.
The matter requires consideration.
Issue notice to the respondents no. 2,3 and 4 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within one week by both ways i.e. ordinary process as well as registered post A.D.
Until further orders the effect and operation of the award dated 1.3.2012 passed by the respondent no.2 shall remain stayed.
