1.     Heard Sri Subham Agarwal, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

2.     It is stated that inadvertently the order dated 23rd July 2014 could not be communicated by the Registrar General to the authorities concerned.

3.     Let the matter be listed after three weeks so as to enable  the Registrar General to communicate the authorities concerned to comply with the order dated 23rd July, 2014.

4.     A copy of the order dated 23rd July, 2014 may also be given to the Assistant Solicitor General of India, High Court, Allahabad for communication to the authorities concerned. He shall also seek instruction in the matter and   attend the proceeding on the next date  as per instructions.

5.     List on 10th September, 2014.
