The original Scholar's Register and Transfer Certificate Form pertaining to the appellant has been produced  before  the Court today by Shri Riyaz the  Principal of the College under the orders of the Court.

The last column of the Register  records as follows: 

"Pramarit kiya jata hai ki uparyukt  chhatar/chhatra  patrawali vibhag ke niymanusar chhatra dwara santha tyag ke din tak ke liye ankit hai) (yadi chhatar apni kachha  me shretha raha hai to yah bat "acharan tatha karya" shirsak me likhi  jani chahiye).

From the said endorsement in the register it is clear that  the student  had left  the institution  on 31.3.1982. Therefore, all the subsequently endorsement made in the register pertaining to the year 83-85  are totally unacceptable. We therefore,  reject the document which has been brought  on record by the appellant for claiming himself to be a juvenile on the date of incident.

The original Scholar's and Transfer Certificate Form Register be returned  to Shri Riyaz.

The appeal shall be listed for hearing  on 25.8.2014 peremptorily.
