1.     Sri Om Prakash, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator states that today he has been served with the application dated 18.5.2014 and supplementary affidavit  dated 10th August, 2014 filed by  Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha ( respondent no.2).

2.     Sri Siddharth Nandan has appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2. Sri Deepak Seth, learned counsel appears for the auction purchaser.

3.     Sri Om Prakash prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file reply to the application dated 18th May, 2014 and the supplementary affidavit dated 10th August, 2014 filed by the respondent no. 2. Sri Om Prakash has filed O.L. Report ( Judl) No. 222 of 2014, dated 17th August, 2014 which is taken on record  which shall be considered on the next date of listing.
