This petition has been filed by the petitioner Prem Nath with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the O.P. No. 2 to restrain the O.P. No. 3 not to harass and torture to the petitioner on the instigation of the O.P. No. 4 to 6 without any valid reason.
This petition is misconceived.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
