It has been contended by the counsel for the petitioner that he was the original holder of plot NO. 101/4 which is valuable road side land. The petitioner had one-half share on this land while remaining one-half belongs to respondent no. 4. It is also submitted that the allotment of these plots is not equitable and the petitioner has been allotted area of plot no. 101/4 which is less than his share therein. 

The matter requires consideration.

Issue notice to respondent nos. 5 to 9 by registered post AD. Steps be taken within a week.

Counsel for respondent no. 4 prays and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

Issue notice after service upon respondent nos. 5 to 9.

Until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 3.7.2014 shall remain stayed.

At this stage, the counsel for the respondents states that he is in a position to obtain instructions on behalf of the respondents to whom notice has been directed to be issued and for that purpose, he prays for sometime so that he may file his appearance and thereafter the petition maybe decided  finally. 

In view of the aforesaid, put up this case as fresh on 20.8.2014. Till 20.8.2014, the petitioner may not take steps as directed above.
