Respondent nos. 1 to 4 is represented by Sri Ashish Kumar Nagvanshi. Issue notice to respondent no. 5. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondent no. 5 by registered post.

Until further orders, the operation of the judgment and order dated 2.5.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, Chandauli in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 120/2012 (Smt. Paanmuni Baski Vs. RM, UPSRTC, Kashi Depot, Varanasi) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposit 50% of the amount of compensation within a period of four weeks. Out of the amount deposited, the claimants shall be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount and the balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit scheme in a nationalized bank, yielding maximum interest. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.

Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within a period of four weeks.
