This writ petition is of 2006. It appears that the writ petition has been filed after serving the copy of the writ petition to the then counsel for the respondent no. 3. On the last occasion, Sri Anil Kumar Mehrotra, Advocate, made a mention that he is appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3, but his name has not been shown. The Court has directed to list the case showing the name of Sri Anil Kumar Mehrotra. Today, the name of Sri Anil Kumar Mehrotra is shown in the list as counsel for the respondent.

A request is being made on behalf of Sri Anil Kumar Mehrotra that the case may be adjourned for two weeks to enable him to seek instruction, which has been seriously opposed by Sri Ravi Kiran Jain, learned Senior Advocate.
