Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Admit. 

Issue notice to the respondents no.  1 to  9 by registered post acknowledgment due.

Steps to be taken within a week.

List for orders after expiry of six weeks on the date fixed in the summons, by which time  the  said  respondents may file a counter affidavit.

In the meanwhile, the award passed by the Tribunal  shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire decretal amount before the Tribunal concerned after adjusting the amount deposited before this Court within six weeks from today. Proof of deposit to be filed on or before the next of listing. The claimants can withdraw 50%  of the amount without furnishing security and balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit, which would be subject to further orders of the Court.  The registry is also directed to remit the statutory amount deposited before this Court  to the Tribunal concerned within two weeks from today.
