Heard learned counsel for the petitioner , learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 4, and 5 and Sri S.F.A. Naqvi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6 and perused the record.
The petitioner has confined his grievance to the extent of consideration of his representation made under Dying -In - Harness Rules which may or may not be accepted. There is no specific averment in the writ petition as to whether the rules applicable to Government employees are applicable in the case of the petitioner.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case , the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner which he is permitted to make within 15 days from today. If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by respondent no.2 within a period of three months from the date of making such representation along with a certified copy of this order.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
