At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is an old person, aged about 60 years.

Put up this case on 30th September, 2013 as unlisted before the appropriate Court to enable him to file documentary evidence in support of the age of the applicant, whose mother has sworn the affidavit showing her age as 65 years.
