       Pursuant to the Order dated 26th August, 2013, the case has been put up today as a fresh case.

       Counter Affidavit on behalf of the respondent No. 2 has already been filed on 31st August, 2013.

        A perusal of the Counter Affidavit, particularly, Paragraph 16 thereof ,shows that the averments made in Paragraph 15 of the Writ Petition have not been specifically dealt with in the Counter Affidavit.

       In the circumstances, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2  prays for and is granted time till the next date fixed for  filing Supplementary Counter Affidavit.

       Put up as fresh on 3rd October, 2013.
