       Pursuant to the Order dated 19th August, 2013, the case has been put up today as a fresh case.

      Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 states that the instructions in the present Writ Petition have been received by him, and as per the instructions, the Appeal filed by Smt. Azima Begum against the Order cancelling her licence in respect of the Fair Price Shop has since being dismissed by the Divisional Commissioner concerned by the Order dated 12th September, 2013.

      Sri M.B. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the Appeal filed by the said Smt. Azima Begum has been dismissed by the Divisional Commissioner concerned.

      Sri M.B. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner further states that  in view of the above, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, and the same may be dismissed as such.

       In view of the statement made by Sri M.B. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

       Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
