        Pursuant to the Order dated 22nd July, 2013, the case is listed today.

        Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant, and Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for the respondent are present.

        Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for the respondent states that the Stay Vacation Application along with Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry on 30th August, 2013.

        The Stay Vacation Application along with Counter Affidavit is not on record.

         Office is directed to trace out the same and place them on record.

        Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted time till the next date fixed in the matter for filing Rejoinder Affidavit.

        In compliance with the directions given in the Order dated 22nd July, 2013, Sri Praveen Kumar Sharma, appellant is personally present before the Court and he is identified by Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant.

        Further, in compliance with the directions given in the said Order dated 22nd July, 2013, Smt. Sanju Sharma, respondent is also personally present before the Court, and she is identified by Ms. Bushra Marayam, learned counsel for the respondent.

        Learned counsel for the parties pray that time be granted in the matter so that efforts for arriving at a settlement between the parties may be made.

       In view of the above, the case is directed to be listed on 10th October, 2013.

       Both the parties will be personally present before the Court on the next date fixed in the matter.

        Interim Order, as contained in the Order dated 22.7.2013, will continue to remain in operation till the next date fixed in the matter.
