The concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate has submitted its report that the notice to the respondent no.4 has duly been served through his father, Kalicharan. The Gram Pradhan has also reported that Amit Kumar, the respondent no.4 is not residing since last 15-16 months in his village, Sikandarpur and his whereabout is not known.

Learned AGA is directed to file a counter affidavit within two weeks', as to what efforts have been made by the police in tracing out the minor daughter of the petitioner no.1.
