Counsel for the respondent is justified in contending that the petitioner at present has no cause to challenge the order of the executive engineer dated 24.8.2013, where-under the Sub Registrar has been requested not to register any sale deeds in respect of the villages in question in respect whereof recommendation had already been made by Uttar Pradesh Avas and Vikas Parishad under Section 31 (1) and of the Act which is pending before the State Government.
Counsel for the respondent no. 1 has pointed out that neither the petitioner has disclosed any specific plot which he owns and purposes to transfer nor he has stated as to whether he is interested in purchasing any property in the said villages.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to petitioner to file proper petition if cause for the same arises.
