It is the case of the petitioner, which is a Trust, that it has a premises at Rasolabad Ghat, Road Allahabad, in which educational and other charitable activities are being carried out. By the sides of the walls of the premises, a drain has been constructed by the Nagar Nigam Allahabad. The construction of the said drain is defective and is blocking free flow of water causing, unhygienic conditions all around.

Sri Ajeet Kumar, counsel for Nagar Nigam may obtain instructions and inform the Court by the next date, about the action taken to remedy the unhygienic conditions.
