This petition seeks the quashing of the order dated 31st July, 2013 passed by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P by which the result of High School Examination 2012 of the petitioner has been cancelled with a direction that the provisional marksheet and the certificate earlier issued to the petitioner should be treated as cancelled.

Copy of this order has not been placed on record and only the consequential order dated 19th August, 2013 issued by the Principal of the College to inform the petitioner of the aforesaid decision has been placed on record.

It is stated that the petitioner has applied for copy of the order dated 31st July, 2013 under the Right to Information Act but it has not been supplied to the petitioner till date.

It is for the petitioner to pursue the remedy available under the Right to Information Act to obtain the copy of the order dated 31st July, 2013.

This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after he obtains a copy of the order dated 31st July, 2013.
