Neither the writ petition nor the second appeal was tied up or part heard to me. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 3.7.2013 has only desired that both the writ petition as well as the second appeal be tagged and heard together. The matter has not been released by the learned Single Judge. On the application for nomination, both, the writ petition as well as the second appeal have been nominated to me.

Since I am sitting in a Division Bench, therefore, the case is released. Let the file be placed before the Hon'ble Senior Judge for obtaining fresh nomination.
