The petitioner has been transferred from Meerut to Agra by the impugned order dated 6.9.2013.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the transfer is without any basis and reason in the mid session.

We are of the view that if the transfer is being made in the mid session, some basis should be given. The basis given is "Karyahit Me". We are of the view that, prima facie, there is no basis.

Sri Samir Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, prays that some reasonable time may be allowed to seek instruction. He may also inform the Court that what is the policy of the transfer of the Corporation. If there is any written policy, the copy of the same may be placed before the Court.

Put up on 25.11.2013 as fresh.

Till the next date of listing, in case if the petitioner has not given the charge, he may be allowed to continue at Meerut.
