Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants the allegation against the applicants that the applicants and other co-accused persons were transporting the animals for the purpose of slaughtering. The co-accused Ashutosh Pandey and Sageer Ahmad  have been released on bail  in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 2400 of 2013 and 2915 of 2013. The case of the applicant is based on the same footing with the case of the above mentioned co-accused. The applicant is in jail since 30.12.2012.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicants Ibrahim and Firoz Khan involved in case crime No. 1175 of 20 12 under section 8/9/14 Prevention of Corruption Act and 3/5a/8 of Cow Slaughter Act ., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda be released on bail on their is furnishing personal bond and two heavy sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the followings conditions:

*That the applicants shall not tamper with the evidence.

**That they shall report to the court of C.J.M. concerned in the first week of the each  month to show their  good conduct and behaviour till the conclusion of the trial.

In case of default in any of the above mentioned conditions, the bail granted to the applicants shall be deemed cancelled and they shall be taken into custody forthwith.
