It is submitted that the appeal is beyond time by 143 days. Since we find that another appeal by a co-convict Jageshwar Chamar is already pending before us and in that appeal the entire Court record as well as the impugned judgment is to BE scanned, therefore, we consider it appropriate the condone the delay of 143 days in filing of the appeal by Vijma Devi.
The delay condonation application therefore is allowed.
Appeal preferred by Vijma Devi is treated to be a regular appeal.
Office is directed to allot the regular number on this appeal.
Filing of the certified copy is exempted as the same is available in the connected appeal.
