Heard Sri Brijendra Sahai learned counsel for the appellant Jitendra @ Babblu, Sri Madhur Prasad learnd counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State.
After hearing Sri Brijendra Sahai, learned counsel for the appellant at a great length at this stage, we do not find any reason to grant bail to the appellants, namely, Pawan and Jitendra @ Babblu. Their bail prayer stands rejected.
Hearing of the appeal is expedited.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and list this appeal for final hearing before the appropriate Bench in the month of July, 2013.
In case the appeal is not heard within a year, the appellant may revive his bail prayer after one year.
