Civil Misc. Substitution Application.

In the application, it is stated that respondent no. 1 Smt. Kamla Devi died on 15.9.2011 leaving behind her heirs mentioned in paragraph-12 of the application. Notices have been issued to the proposed heirs of respondent no. 1 by registered post. No one has put in appearance. Office reported that neither undelivered cover nor acknowledgment slip has been returned back after service. Thus, there is a deemed service. No objection has been filed by any of the respondents.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. In front of the name of Smt. Kamla Devi, the word since deceased be mentioned and her legal heirs mentioned in Paragraph-12 of the application be substituted as respondent nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10 and 1/11. The substitution be carried out within two weeks.
