This petition has been filed with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the O.P. No. 2 Consolidation Officer, Gonda for deciding the application under section 340 Cr.P.C. dated 7.9.2012 expeditiously under Rule 109(3) of the Consolidation Act.

Considering the facts, it is directed that in case the above mentioned application is pending, the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.

With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
