The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by registered post.

Until further order, the operation/execution of the impugned award dated 18.12.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No. 3, Deoria in MACP No. 228 of 2007 (Ramayan Kushwaha and others vs. Union of India and others) shall remain stayed provide the appellant deposits 50% of the amount of compensation within a period of four weeks. Out of the amount deposited, the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.

Office is directed to remit back the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
