HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

?Court No. - 25

Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 1110 of 2007

Petitioner :- Smt. Madhu Srivastava

Respondent :- State Of U.P. & Others

Petitioner Counsel :- Amit Kumar,Manoj Srivastava,Renu Rajat

Hon'ble Mrs. Jayashree Tiwari,J.

Case called out in the revised list.

No one is present on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision.

Learned A.G.A. is present.

The present criminal revision has been filed against the order passed by the learned lower court in the exercise of the power under section 125 Cr.P.C.

A perusal of the order shows that all the relevant considerable points for deciding an application under section 125 Cr.P.C.has been properly discussed and considered. The quantum of maintenance awarded is also neither excessive nor in appropriate. The order passed by the learned lower court is well reasoned in consonance with law and there is no illegality in the order so passed which may require any intervention by this court. The revision, therefore, appears to have no force in itself and is liable to be dismissed as such.

It is accordingly, dismissed.
