Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the applicant who is involved in the Case Crime No. 640 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148, 302/34 I.P.C, Police Station Bangar Mau, District-Unnao
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused Junaid has already been admitted to bail by this Court on 29.04.2012. The role of the present applicant is not distinguishable with the role assigned to Junaid. It is not in dispute at bar that role played by applicant Pappu @ Furkan is not distinguishable with the Junaid.
Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, argument advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, I find it to be a fit case for grant of bail.
Let applicant Pappu @ Furkan, involved in the aforesaid case, shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
