This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet of case crime No. 306 of 1993 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 IPC, P.S. Colonelganj, District Gonda vide criminal case No. 947 of 1997.

From the perusal of the record it appears that in the present case after collecting the material I.O. has submitted the chargesheet. The material collected by the I.O. aforesaid offence are disclosing. There is sufficient material to proceed further against the applicant. There is no illegality in submitting the charge sheet. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.

The interim order dated 21.4.2005 is hereby vacated.

Considering the same, it is directed that in case the applicant has not appeared and appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of in view of Smt. Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. 2005 Cr.L.J. 755

Accordingly this application is disposed of.
