Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA for the State.

Looking to the injury and allegation against him, at this stage, we are not inclined to grant bail to the appellant, namely, Arjun Singh. His bail prayer is declined and rejected.

Since he is in jail 1.1.2006. Hearing of the appeal is expedited.

Office is directed to prepare paper book and list this appeal in last week of July, 2013 before appropriate Bench for final hearing.

In case the appeal is not heard within a year, the appellant may revive his bail prayer after oner year.
