The appeal has been filed by the U.P.S.R.T.C. U.P.S.R.T.C. has its own panel of Lawyers and the learned Standing Counsel has nothing to do. The appeal was filed by the counsel, who has now been elevated to the Bench. Notice has already been issued by the office to the appellant to engage another counsel. Sri Sameer Sharma, Advocate is one of the counsels of the U.P.S.R.T.C. Therefore, I instruct Sri Sameer Sharma to inform the Regional Manager, Kanpur Region, Kanpur about the case and take necessary steps.

List after two weeks showing the name of Sri Sameer Sharma in stead of learned Standing Counsel as counsel for the appellant.
