Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGA for the State.

After hearing learned counsel for the appellant at this stage, we are not inclined to grant bail to the appellants, namely, Virendra Yadav, Guddu Nai @ Guddu Kasim and Prem Pal. Their bail prayers are declined and rejected.

In case the appeal is not heard within a year, the appellant may revive his bail prayer after oner year.
