Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned A.G.A.
This parole application has been filed by the appellant Amar Deep Singh for the reason that marriage of his brother is going to be solemnized on 11.5.2013. In support of that contention, photocopy of marriage card has been annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this parole application.
Learned AGA does not have any serious objection.
Looking to the aforesaid fact, we consider it appropriate to release the appellant Amar Deep Singh on a short term parole.
Let the appellant Amar Deep Singh involved in S.T. No. 108 of 2004, under Sections 147, 148, 302/149 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Rajapur, District Chitrakoot be released on short term parole starting from 10.5.2013, on which date appellant shall be released from jail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1 lac and two solvent sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
Both the sureties will be his near kith and kins. His parole will lapse on 16.5.2013, on which date appellant is directed to surrender.
This appeal will come up on 17.5.2013.
On next date, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file the surrender certificate of the appellant on an affidavit.
Copy of the order be given to counsel for the appellant on payment of usual charges today itself.
