Sri Shishir Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that vide a common order, the Sessions Judge had dismissed two application for transfer.

In the High Court, two applications were filed under Sections 407 Cr.P.C. One of the applications has been dismissed by this court. It has been pleaded that the other application would also face the same fate.
